Learn about down payment and closing cost assistance available to first-time homebuyers, veterans and others. Participants earn a Certificate of Completion required for certain mortgage programs, including USDA, ME State Housing Authority and other lenders. Free individualized counseling is available following the class. Bring a pen, notepad, beverage, snacks and a bag lunch.Register another person at the time of your registration and get a $10 rebate.
