Strengthen and deepen your Tai Chi practice by expanding your basic exercises while putting moves together to create a form. Some meditation practices may be included as an aid to further relaxation, stress reduction, and pain management. Chairs will be available for those that need them. Laurie Huenteo received her Tai Chi certification through the Functional Aging Institute/Open Door Tai Chi. She has been practicing Yang-style Tai Chi and Qigong for 13+ years and teaching for the last seven. She is passionate about teaching Tai Chi.
