Flexibility and Stress Reduction
We synchronize our breath with a series of physically therapeutic and intentional poses to improve flexibility and strength, decrease stress, develop mental focus and cultivate a calmer mind. Options are offered for all poses. Suitable for beginners or experienced people who can easily get up/down from the floor. Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and minimize perfumes. No class January 15th.
NOTE: This discounted introductory course is open to first time students at Kusum Institute Yoga only.
