Activities of daily living require a variety of movements. We will focus on exercises that apply to real-world situations and enhance your abilities to move through your day. Students should be able to bend and turn their bodies. Instruction will be for standing positions but accommodations can be made for folks who cannot stand. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
