Building Skin Health

$55

with Paula Kersch

Calendar Oct 27, 2022 at 6 pm, runs for 4 weeks

What is Your Skin Saying?

Our skin plays a significant role in our overall health, so it's never too late to focus on it. First, learn the energetic qualities of herbs and how certain phytochemicals support skin health. We work from both sides, topically and internally, to address the superficial symptom and their deeper causes. Next, discuss herbal preparation for routine skin care, gut health, and immunity. Finally, take a deeper look into the mechanisms of the body and herbalism's part in your health, expanding your experience by infusing herbs and oils to take home.

Paula Kersch, trained herbalist and owner of Botanically Curious, offers boutique herbal experiences and products. She can be found formulating herbal blends and tending to her gardens, admires sustainable foraging and wildcrafts through modern and ancient herbal practices. Her focus on herbal actions and energetics allows her to bring the best in holistic health and wellness.
