Childhood summers spent in her great-great-grandparent's house, still full of their possessions, led to a lifelong interest in local history. She taught elementary school for a time and then taught adults for nearly 20 years as a Customer Service Trainer at L. L. Bean. Now retired, Liz volunteers for the Biddeford Mills Museum.
