Yoga for Busy Moms
with Sarah Lafortune
Reconnect with your body and bounce back from the stress of carrying and caring for children. Spend time on your mat healing physically, mentally and emotionally while finding length, strength and balance. Each week we will tone, tighten and rebuild strength to aid in recovery. Whether you are bouncing a baby or spending your weekends at soccer games, come flow with a community of fellow moms and reconnect with yourself. Wear comfortable clothing, bring an extra layer and yoga mat. Registration is required through OOB/Saco Adult Ed.
Sarah Lafortune completed her RYT 200, in 2014, after graduating from Sacred Seeds Yoga School under the guidance of Jacqui Bonwell. She believes that with practice and compassion, anyone can quiet the mind and experience the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat.
