The gym can be time-consuming, expensive and even intimidating for some, yet you may feel lost on how to create an effective home workout. Learn safe effective workouts you can do any time and anywhere while gaining the knowledge of how to set up your own low-tech at-home gym. This fitness workshop also teaches the correct form of exercises that are within your abilities, including modifications where needed, so the workouts are for any fitness level. Wear your workout clothes and bring water.
Stephanie Walsh is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Eating Psychology Coach and Personal Trainer. She loves having the opportunity to change people's lives for the better and uses a holistic approach, treating each person as unique and creating programs specific to you.
