This gentle exercise program teaches basic movements while focusing on breathing and relaxation. Tai Chi benefits people of all ages and reduces the risk of falling by enhancing balance and body awareness. In addition, increased coordination and flexibility can lead to stress reduction and pain management.
Wear loose-fitting clothing and comfortable shoes. No class 10/10. Proof of registration required.
Mark Gerardi has been studying and teaching martial arts for 25+ years and is a member of the National Qigong Association. He is a powerful energy healer with formal education in Shiatsu, Herbalism, EFT, KCR, and Reiki.
