Learn the basic movements while keeping your focus on breathing and relaxation in this gentle exercise program. T’ai Chi benefits people of all ages and has been proven to reduce the risk of falling by enhancing balance, increasing body awareness, coordination and flexibility which can lead to stress reduction and pain management. Wear loose-fitting clothing and comfortable shoes. No class April 18th.
Mark Gerardi, studying and teaching martial arts for 25 years, is the founder of Samurai Fitness and member of the National Qigong Association. He is also a powerful energy healer with formal education in shiatsu, herbalism, EFT, KCR and reiki.
