Have you ever wanted to use a sword or fight with a light saber? Each class will begin with a few exercises and stretches to prepare the body for the movement we do over and around a series of obstacles. We will be utilizing a wooden training sword and learning a variety of basic sword techniques. This class has been referred to as Cross Fitness Training with Crossing Swords. Wear loose clothing and prepare to Get Samurai Fit!
Mark Gerardi, studying and teaching martial arts for 25 years, is the founder of Samurai Fitness and member of the National Qigong Association. He is also a powerful energy healer with formal education in Shiatsu, Herbalism, EFT, KCR and Reiki.
