Join us online for this interactive, researched-based program that will empower you to live a healthier, happier life. Presented in an engaging online environment with 24/7 access, this program includes support from a Certified Health Coach as well as activities, recipes and other resources. Weekly online Zoom check-ins will keep you motivated and on track. Registration closes at noon the 1st day of class.

Sally Ring became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2018, after working in the fitness industry for many years. She enjoys educating, motivating and encouraging people to live a healthier lifestyle.
