Old Orchard Beach/Saco Adult and Community Education

Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while turning inward with this gentle movement class. Hatha yoga is accessible and all experience levels are welcome, but it is recommended for those who can easily move between reclined, seated, kneeling and standing positions. 

Note: Class will be moved indoors to the Saco Learning Center in case of inclement weather. Jessy will text by 8:30 AM, IF class is to be moved indoors.

Required: Proof of registration. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks (or thick books), a yoga strap (or long scarf), a blanket, water and (optional) bug spray. 

Jessy Lynn Ostara, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, has years of experience teaching several movement modalities. Her concentration is in meditative belly dance, yin, hatha and chair yoga. She is also a certified meditation teacher through the ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts.
