If you have a body, you can do yoga! That's Amelias motto when it comes to teaching her hatha-style yoga classes. All experience levels welcome, but recommended for those who can easily move between reclined, seated, kneeling and standing positions.
Required: Masks and distancing. Bring proof of registration. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks (or thick books), a yoga strap (or long scarf), a blanket, water and (optional) bug spray.Amelia Aglow has taught group classes for 11 years. She is a massage therapist, yoga instructor and circus artist.
