T'ai Chi Chih Moving Meditation (TCCMM) is a powerful but gently-executed series of 20 movements that encourage a meditative state of well-being (not a martial arts form). Attention is paid to proper form, posture, alignment and moving with softness and continuity. Build muscle tone, balance, support chronic pain management and sleep issues. Enjoy a sense of calm and increased ability to come back to yourself when feeling stressed. The many benefits can vary and are often unique to each individual. Handouts provided to support your home practice. No class 1/20 & 2/17.
Sara Leonard has been practicing and receiving consistent instruction in TCCMM since 2012. She is an accredited teacher and remains in contact with her colleagues, her TCCMM community and keeps current with medical updates, teacher trainings and retreats.
