Begin with gentle movement, then explore meditation and breathing practices. Learn techniques to do at home, work, or wherever you feel you could use more peace. Go over the basics and get tips & tricks for daily mindful living. All experience levels are welcome. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring an extra layer.
Sarah Spiegel, owner of Samudra Studio, a space for yoga, mindfulness, and community in Saco, completed Stil Studioís Fluid Yoga Trainings in 2013. She is certified in Thai Yoga Massage Level 1, Yin Yoga and meditation, as well as SPA Yoga training with Betty Riaz.Code: 20MIND.02.318
