Intro to Color Theory

Having an understanding of color theory is important for any visual artist. Discuss vocabulary, color relationships and explore hands-on applications of color theory and mixing. Paint your own color wheels and charts - useful resources that you can take home and use to help with all your artistic endeavors! Registration closes at noon on the 1st day of class.
Required: Masks and distancing. Bring proof of registration, watercolor paper, watercolor palette w/ brush, pencil, round watercolor brush (if not bought with palette), cup for water (Michaels, approx. $12).
Tory Gordon is a watercolor/pen & ink artist living and working in Biddeford. She is inspired by people, places and things which lends a fluid style to her art. She believes everyone has an artist within waiting to express itself in beautiful, surprising ways.
