Healing Grief & Loss Through Expressive Arts
with Pamela McGrath
The loss of a loved one can have devastating and lasting effects on how we experience daily tasks and our understanding of love and life. Learn how the arts can be used as a healing tool to express ourselves and our grief, aiding in self-renewal, recovery, resilience and self-confidence. We will work on individual as well as a group project that will teach participants new ways to discover their inner wisdom to heal and grow. Tuition includes materials.
