Focus on strengthening the muscles used when gardening, like digging and weeding. Each week, learn a new exercise and/or movement concept to improve general lower body mobility to practice on your own. Over 6 weeks, compile a set of skills encompassing major movements including squatting, bending over, pushing, and pulling. If you get sore or fatigued when gardening, this series is for you! Wear comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing that you can stretch in. Basic household items like a chair or pillow will be used. No class 5/29. Registration closes at noon on 4/30.
