Health Elixir by the Chinese and originating in the Far East around 2000 years ago, kombucha has tremendous health benefits extending to your heart, brain and gut. Find out about this ancient drink's health benefits and how to make it. Techniques, recipes, flavoring and bottling will be covered. Each student will be provided a starter 'scoby' and a glass vessel to make kombucha at home. Tuition includes materials.

Dalton Link is a body care and vitamin specialist at Whole Foods Market in Portland, ME; as well as a burgeoning botanist with interests in mini cacti & succulents, urban farming, terrariums and bonsai trees.
