Cardio, Strength & Stretch
with Paula Truman
Start by warming up the body and getting your heart rate up safely with sport & kickboxing combinations. Each session will focus on different muscle groups, adding on core training and finishing with a relaxing cool down. Have fun and feel great! No class 2/21.
Required: Proof of registration. Workout gear, water and a set of hand weights anywhere from 5-15 lbs.
Paula Truman, AAAI/ISMA Personal Fitness Instructor, Certified SPINNING and SilverSneaker instructor, has taught for many years and works with all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
