Build a Proven Natural Winter Medicine Chest

with Cami Smalley

Registration unavailable

A Functional Nutrition Approach to Preventing Illness

Let's build a strong immune system, which begins in the gut and in your medicine chest! Your body is resilient! Discover proven primers for the immune system, both preventive and therapeutic interventions to build a strong immune system. These include food sources, herbs + botanicals, supplements and the way we breathe!

Heal your gut by feeding the cells what they need to prevent infection, reduce progression of disease and discomfort and reduce severity if one is already ill.

Whether we're talking bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi or other pathogens, the terrain of the gut (aka the Immune System and our microbiome) is a vital component to thwart illness, enhance beneficial bacteria and lessen the impact from infection. Let's dive into what can improve our body's "terrain" by enhancing the immune system and its acute inflammatory response from the inside out. Participants will receive a PDF of the slide presentation with a list of herbs and supplements, including dose recommendations, to help boost immunity. There will also be class giveaways and the option to take home an Immune Boosting Starter Kit!

Boost Immunity for Winter Vitality!
