Learn about down payment and closing cost assistance available to first-time homebuyers, veterans and others. Earn a Certificate of Completion required for certain mortgage programs, including USDA, ME State Housing Authority and other lenders. Free individualized counseling is available following the class. Please bring a pen, notepad, beverage, snacks and a lunch.
